Do Refs always get it wrong in the EPL?

see hes a great ref. he takes pride in his work not like other refs who just want money
we had a ref one time that just sat in a chair at center court, he had to be like 400 lbs

thats cute and all, but as an official and as an AAU coach, I’d be pissed if he reffed one of my games…wow. with the lack of mechanics used, I would have to wonder if he knows what he is doing…
Kind of tough to get mad at a guy when he’s having so much fun and making the game fun for the kids.
