REFEREE JON MOSS RECEIVES BACKLASH FROM EVERTON

José Mourinho side could get back to winning ways with a win over Merseyside Everton when they clash this weekend. But there has been plenty of fuss in the media over the clash.

Marco Silva’s side occupy the eighth position in the Premier League log, ahead of Jose Mourinho tenth placed United, and will look to continue his fine start to the Premier League campaign.

However, many Toffees fan believe José Mourinho’s men will crawl over them easily in the clash set out for Sunday.

Jon Moss will be the man in the middle when Toffees takes on United at Old Trafford.

Moss was announced as the referee for the tie, and many Everton fans have not been able to stomach the news, without thinking that United already have an upper hand in the game.

The West Yorkshire-born bloke has flourished 24 yellow cards and three red cards this season in just nine league matches, giving Everton fans the creeps.

He has also awarded three spot-kicks in those games. Everton suffered a 2-0 loss at the hands of Arsenal, at the Emirates this season, and Moss officiated the match.

Even though that shouldn’t be used to guage their odds against a United side that is strongly keen on getting back to winning ways, having a face like Moss in your head when you had formerly lost against a strong side will definitely send shivers down your spine and worse you get cold feet when you realise your team is about to walk in on him–such is Everton’s fear.

Moss officiated United’s 2-0 win against Burnley this season, and bagged success in three out of the five games he was place in charge last term.

“Jon Moss is the worst referee in the Premier League,” cried one user.

Toffees recorded two wins, two defeats and a draw in one of their quintet of last season fixtures he appeared in.
